Wooldridge & Simpson were appointed as main contractor to demolish the existing house in one of the main residential roads in North Oxford and construct a contemporary new build structure containing 7no high end apartments. The build consisted of a steel frame, precast floors, external brickwork, blockwork, metsec & bespoke metal cladding. The roof is a Bauder membrane with PV’s. The Windows and doors are contemporary aluminum contributing to a well lit natural build. Internally, the apartments all include both standard and contemporary mechanical and electrical features and the apartments are to be fitted out with modern finished kitchens and bathrooms with floor and wall finishes to compliment the interior design. Externally, the landscaping provides a modern exterior with electric charging points for electric vehicles.
