St Giles, OUES, Oxford

Working in close liaison with Oxford University Estates Department and their Design Team, Wooldridge & Simpson ensured a successful completion to a refurbishment to a number of existing offices. The project involved a bespoke joinery partition system, full M&E upgrade and internal finishes. The project encountered a number of unforeseen circumstances, which in close collaboration with the Client and Design Team were successful dealt with and over-come.
