East End Cottage, Combe

The careful extension and renovation of a Grade II listed cottage back its former glory, providing upgraded thermal performance and new uplift for Blenheim Estates. The newly built single storey extension allowed for further space to be utilised, reconfiguring the existing layout and services to suit an additional bedroom and new kitchen. Locally sourced materials were used, with an interest to ensure a sympathetic approach to matching existing or replacement.
