Deddington Health Centre, Deddington
The project involved the refurbishment of a busy, working, NHS health Centre in the outskirts of Oxfordshire. The refurbishment was carried in a number of phases to enable the Centre to continue full operation during the works. Each phase was isolated and separated from the operations of The Centre to protect staff and patients with the isolation and phasing moving in a carefully planned and coordinated manner to permit continued functioning. Works consisted of demolition and rebuild of internal walls and partitions to provide better configured work area including WC refurbishments and upgrades and the addition of bespoke glass partitioning to form meeting rooms. The work was carried out in a 16 week period with limited contractor, operating and storage space.
