Wooldridge & Simpson were privileged to be appointed Main Contractor for the internal and external refurbishment of this prestigious building in Central Oxford. Works included complete Mechanical & Electrical installations, new lead and stone roof, window refurbishment, external stone repairs, internal timber and joinery repairs, new bathrooms and kitchens, commercial kitchen, new flooring, internal and external redecorations.
